Are you interested in getting involved in Workday@Langara? Workday, our new ERP system, will change how we perform day-to-day tasks starting in January 2020. We’re looking for volunteers to give their time and perspective through our Change Network, a group of individuals who help us connect with different people and teams across the College.
Starting in April, we’ll be launching two opportunities for staff and faculty to get involved in the Change Network for Wave 1 of the project, which includes the HCM (People and Culture) and Finance parts of Workday. Your participation in these groups will assist us with supporting your team and colleagues during the transition to Workday.
- Become a Change Ambassador. Represent your area of the College at monthly meetings, where you will receive updates on the project (to report back to your team) and share their questions and concerns with the project’s Change Management team.
- Participate in a Focus Group. Focus Groups are one-time, two-hour sessions where you provide insights about your work today, what’s important to you, and speak to your experience with current processes.
