Overview
intro
Workday@Langara will modernize our operations and improve services for students, faculty, staff and CS instructors. Our transition to Workday – a user-friendly, cloud-based system – will help us to better manage our financial, human resources and student information. Beyond changing our technology, we will be making decisions about how we can best serve staff, faculty, and students now and in the future.
We encourage you to explore this site to find out more about what’s changing for you, what Workday will mean for the College, and how you can support us in making this important transition.
Project Timeline
the project takes place in two waves
overview
Workday@Langara will be a multi-year effort, which we will complete in two waves. We began with our Finance and People and Culture systems and went live on January 6, 2020 with Wave 1A.
As the College has quickly transitioned to online operations in response to COVID-19, we are currently updating our project timeline in light of other emerging priorities. Our focus right now is on supporting our faculty and staff in using Workday and continuing to improve our current processes. Once we have more details on our next steps, we will share them with our community.
